Bobby’s story

My journey from debt to freedom.

“A good cup of coffee can change your life. It changed mine.”

It started in my shed. I opened the door for free coffee and a chat because I needed to get off the couch and reconnect with people while I waited for therapy to begin.

The shed led to the Barras Market, then Dockyard Social and finally Bobby’s Beans. I built this business to face more than £20,000 of debt and create a freer future for myself.

Every bag you buy is part of that journey. The coffee is chosen and tested by me, then roasted with care and precision.
